Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm plus one day a week of 9.30am – 6pm

What is this role and who are we looking for?

This role will be working in one of Reed Specialist Recruitment’s head offices based in Raynes Park in London. You will be joining a great team of 6 headed up by Ian who is the Client Account Manager. The purpose of the role is to work within Reed’s Client Accounts team to process Limited Company expense claims, invoicing clients, calculating VAT, sending paperwork across to the payroll team for payment to the contractor, deal with queries around expense claims, run the WIP REF reports and distribute to credit control, complete updates and compile results and reports to Directors.

This is essentially a trainee accounts role within a client accounts team. You don’t need to have previous experience or understand this terminology above because we will train you in the finer details, but we do need you to be a strong administrator with a strong capacity to learn. The role would suit anyone looking for a step into accounts such as accounting graduates or someone who is currently studying AAT, or just anyone with a genuine interest and passion for client accounts.
