We are very pleased to be working as the Exclusive recruitment partner with our Client whom are looking to expand their IT Services for a number of roles including the addition of 2 Business Analysts to work very closely with stakeholders to look at the business needs & requirements within business processes in the organisation as well as major IT Transformation Projects.

As well as offering the opportunity to work from home one day a week, this opportunity offers a salary up to £48k and fantastic benefits package offering 38 Days Holidays + additional 8 days Bank holidays (Plus further days after 2 years service, should the roles turn permanent), eligibility to join an excellent pension scheme, staff voucher discount scheme, onsite discounted Childcare facilities and cycle to work scheme.

Please note that these roles are initially 2 year Fixed term Contract on a permanent pro-rata basis and will receive all the benefits of a permanent member of staff, though due to continued growth there is the possibility they could lead to a permanent post for the right person.

As a Business Analyst within a dedicated business support function & IT programme management unit, you will be focussing on engaging & managing user requirements and analysing the business needs & IT delivery in conjunction with various sized & complex projects and how they will integrate with existing systems.

As the various projects will involve direct communication with technical project teams & external suppliers both in the UK & globally, there may be the necessity to occasionally attend overseas events and the need to liaise with colleagues (again occasionally) out of hours & thus a small degree of flexibility will be required.

Responsibilities will include:- extensive engagement with users & stakeholders for business needs; requirements gathering; oversee implementation of process changes; produce information & technical specifications; analyse high-level business requirements; assessing technical & business suitability with relevant technical teams and liaising with American partners.

Essential Skills required:
*Extensive User/Stakeholder management at all levels
*Proven Business Analysis skills focussing on Business Processes & requirements
*Business Analysis for It Projects
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to work to tight deadlines
Desirable Skills - any of these would be a plus but not essential as training provided:
*Enterprise Architecture Environments
*Six Sigma
*Formal qualification in Business Analysis
