More and more people are having to rent because they can afford the rent but not a deposit to buy. The net effect is that there are large numbers of renters who are now looking for the perfect place to live and will be super fussy to make it right. Our client has developed an algorithm that is similar to the dating world to match these people with their future landlords and deliver high quality viewings. You ideally will have come from this industry and know all of the current pitfalls so you can sell back to your former industry peers as an expert in this field.

JOB TITLE: Sales Executive
PACKAGE: £35k basic, double OTE, 25 days holiday, pension, stock options.


One of our newest clients, a fresh new tech start-up disrupting the property industry, are now looking for sales executive to come on board.
Established in 2016, they offer a web-based platform to match landlords to suitable tenants. Their process can be completed within 24 hours - compared to the average of three weeks with some of the well-known high street agencies.
They are well backed having recently closed a funding round and have a first class leadership team in place.


You will ideally have experience working for a lettings agency in the past.
Know how to close a deal.
Whilst they are after a hungry, motivated, new business sales person, this role won't suit a 'snatch and run' type of individual - they are looking for someone to buy in to the business and grow with them.
New business focussed.


New business sales role within the ever growing 'PropTech' sector. You will be responsible for selling a web-based platform matching landlords to tenants within a 24 hour time period.
Leads sourced via in-bound, online traffic, and trade shows - you will also be responsible for self-sourcing a lot of your opportunities.
Selling directly to landlords.
Average sales cycles around 3 weeks although many have been closed on the first call.
