Global independent Beauty brand, are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager who is ready to take their career to the next level.

International beauty brand that works across skincare and make-up seeks a talented Brand Manager to join their growing company to develop 360 campaigns. The Brand Manager will be Supporting the UK Sales Manager and International team in the creation and execution of the brand strategy to drive brand awareness and sales. You will work in collaboration with the creative team to ensure all assets and communications are on brand and delivered to high standard. Sold in the biggest retailers, and with a cult following of celebrities, this is an exciting time to be joining the brand.

The Brand Manager's responsibilities:

Manage the production of all print and digital marketing materials: stationery, postcards, gift bags, brochures, brand presentations, training manuals, e- banners, evites and event collateral (copywriting, briefing in to design, managing production of visuals, liaising with suppliers on print and delivery)

Identify and deliver innovative ways to bring high levels of consumer
engagement and raise brand awareness (blogger and influencer events/customer events/brand partner campaigns)

Liaising with all UK retail account contacts for marketing support across online/social/in-store/print presence including negotiating advertising and media packages

Manage the launch of any new counters and store openings and to work on all visual merchandising projects across UK and global territories including: promotional sites, POS displays, planograms, windows, counters, make-up units and in-store advertising

The ideal Brand Manager:

Have at least 3years' marketing experience in the Beauty industry delivering 360 campaigns

Achieved trackable successes in the effectiveness of brand management and reaching desired audiences and demographics through brand management

Evidence of keeping abreast of trends to suit brand representation

Strong written and communications skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
