Key Account Manager - Field Based
Basic Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 with a 20-30% OTE + Company Car
Location: Covering Newcastle to York
We are working with one the market leading tyre service companies in the world.
They are one of the market leading tyre distributors supplying tyres to many industries including both the public and private sector. They work with all of the leading tyre brands so have fantastic coverage across the UK and Europe.
They employ up to 3000 people across more than 1000 centres across the UK and Europe. They have two different divisions, Retail & Fleet and Commercial in which they offer car and light commercial vehicle operators a full range of service including maintenance and repairs.
The company have worked for many years to improve vehicle operating costs for tyres due to the constant analysis they do helping them improve tyre life, tyre safety and fuel economy.
They are looking for a Key Account Manager to take on a strategic position in the North-East covering from Newcastle to York, where you will take on responsibility for managing existing large corporate accounts. You will be responsible for upselling and managing the accounts ensuring that the full portfolio remains a loyal customer.
You will work by yourself in managing these accounts and you will also generate and manage prospect pipelines and diaries to ensure accounts are managed efficiently and productively. You’ll present a consultative sales process, presenting and closing deals face to face.
You will have multi-levels of contact within these Corporates ranging from board level to Transport Managers.
On offer is a basic salary of between £30,000 - £35,000 with a 20-30% OTE, fully expensed company car, mobile, laptop, fuel card, statutory pension and 25 days’ holiday not including bank holidays.
