My client is a leading provider of bespoke visual merchandising and branding services to global corporate brands, predominately fashion retail. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, my client is looking for a 3D Designer/Assistant Project Manager, and an all-rounder to join their small, relaxed, hard-working team. The right candidate will be naturally allocated some admin tasks to ensure smooth running of their live projects. The role is highly seasonal as you can imagine.

Key tasks:
*Generate ideas, concepts, and designs for retail & brand-related projects
*Produce 3D renderings and designs from client or manager's project briefs
*Attending clients mock-ups and installs for UK stores when required
*Coordinate with Project & Admin Executive on store installs; keeping installer schedule up-to-date, issuing installers with installer pack, ensuring they have all the correct information, following up post install, liaising with clients and our 3rd party suppliers and general reactive issues
*Keeping accurate financial records/systems on projects to share with HQ
*Keep 'Preferred Suppliers List' up to date, finding new suppliers when necessary
*Keeping shared drive up-to-date/organised with photos and records of installs
*Manage and track Petty cash; each month, scan and send receipts to accounts team
*General office management; stationary, post, couriers, liaising with building managers
*General reception duties; answering phones, booking meetings, acting as PA to the Head of UK

*Interested/excited by in working in a creative/fashion environment

*Minimum 2 years of experience in 3D & graphic design
*Proficient in 3DMax, V-Ray, Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch-up
*Detail-oriented, organized and able to maintain high accuracy on one's own work
*A sense of urgency and work well under pressure
*Good knowledge in sizing, measurements, proportions, shape, patterns, etc.
*Working knowledge of spatial recognition, visualization and reasoning
