Application Support Consultant - Client Services, SaaS
This global SaaS organisation is seeking an Application Support Consultant to join their expanding client services team, based in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity that will see the Application Support Consultant, working with client's post implementation (some of which can be quite demanding), providing functionality guidance and resolving both technical / functional issues.
The successful candidate will be a customer service focused individual, who possesses superior communication and relationship building skills and the ability to support customers with both functional and technical enquiries, while managing expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution.
Experience with ticketing systems and managing tickets through to closure is required for this role, as in the ability to learn and articulate software related and technical concept
