Internal Sales Account Manager Role.
Based in Richmond
£24'000 - £26'000 (+ OTE)

The role and responsibilities
As an Internal Sales Account Manager, you will be:
*Able to build effective working relationships with given client base to enable smooth transition from New Business to an Account Managed service
*Targeting developing existing accounts and identify growth opportunities.
*Achieving and over exceeding daily KPI's and performance metrics. (Calls, proposals etc.).
*Liaising closely with Customer Service and Development teams to ensure a continued world class user experience

To succeed in this role you will need:
*B2B Account Management experience is essential
*Great Communication Skills.
*To enjoy working to and achieving/overachieving, daily, weekly and monthly targets whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
*creative approach to problem solving.
*Self-motivation, be a great team player and have very good negotiations skills.
*To be technically adept, with experience using MS Office suite and CRM applications.
