Outbound Telesales Advisor & Customer Service Executive

Salary £23,000-£25,000 + bonus

Juice recruitment is delighted to offer this superb opportunity with in a family run organisation with nearly 50 years of industry presence, which is looking to appoint an Outbound Telesales Advisor/Customer Service Advisor.

The position is working for an established distributor of industrial products and consumables where the role will see you will take ownership over variety of responsibilities.

This role will be mixture of outbound sales appointments, customer service and administrative tasks relating to the activities created by your calls. The roll is split with 60% of your time working on gaining appointments for our field based team & working on projects created from our Marketing activities. In addition, 40% of your time will be working as part of the customer service team. This could include processing orders, taking incoming calls & general administrative duties.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Telephone based sales and account management.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts.
  • Confident questioning and negotiating skills.
  • Build relationships with contacts to maintain existing accounts.
  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts to generate growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities to generate new accounts, inclusive of cold calling.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and experience of maintaining a CRM.
  • Communicating efficiently and effectively with Sales Manager, Inside Sales and Field Staff regarding appointments, territory information and customer feedback

As the ideal candidate you will be self-motivated, results driven with excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and work on own initiative. You will have excellent communication skills, confident telephone manner and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service at all times. Full training, ongoing development and support will be provided.
