Site Manager - New Build Housing - Permanent
My client, a national housing contractor, are currently looking to recruit an experienced new build site manager to join their growing division.
This position will be based on various sites across London, so you must be mobile and willing to travel to different locations when necessary. You will be managing various types of new build housing projects, ranging from traditional build to RC frame projects. These projects will range in size and value.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the quality and programme standards are delivered (avoiding any defects later), undertaking regular reviews to monitor progress against programme addressing any shortcomings and issues as they arise. You will be managing all health and safety on site, managing various sub-contractors to specification and holding weekly progress meetings with the client.
You will report directly in to your Operations Manager and Contract Manager.

- Relevant construction related level 4 and above qualification (HNC / NVQ)
- Appropriate CSCS card
- Valid driving licence
- SMSTS certificate
- First Aid at Work certificate desirable
- Fire Marshall certificate desirable
- Membership or working towards MCIOB or RICS is desirable
This is a permanent position and will require someone to start the role within a couple of weeks.
