The Role:
My client is looking for a Business Development Manager, Field based covering within the inside of the M25. You will be responsible for developing new business across a number of markets, such as Property Investors, Commercial Estate Agencies, Property Management and Facilities Management Businesses etc. This exciting opportunity will enable you to work with a marketing leading niche Property and Facilities Management Solution. The product is sold to large commercial occupiers. Most of the clients are large well know global brands. If you have sold software to retail and FMCG businesses please get in touch.

You DO NOT have to have sold this particular solution. You DO have to have previously sold a Saas based software to enterprise customers, however if you have sold a software solution to the facilities / property management sector we would love to talk to you immediately. Also the client are occupiers of large commercial building, and residential. We are looking for a driven new business sales person. You will be field based and have a very skill lead generation and presales team at your disposal.
