Customer Service Advisor 

The Next Customer Service Team continues to grow with the expansion of their new contact centre in Doncaster. Next are set to nearly double in size in Doncaster/Armthorpe with plans to recruit an additional 120 customer service professionals to their team. 

Next currently have 1800 customer service advisors across 6 UK and international sites who deliver the highest level of customer service. 

Position: Customer Service Advisor 
Location: Doncaster, DN3 3FQ 
Job Type: Part Time, Permanent 
Hours: 21 hours per week - 4 on 4 off, 9am to 3pm (8 week rotational rota) or 7am to 1pm (8 week rotational rota) 
Salary: £8.68 per hour

About the role: 

Working within their modern new fast paced Contact Centre; you will be committed to providing exceptional service to Next customers. Whether it`s sorting out a missing parcel or an account query you`ll put the customer first by providing, friendly advice and guidance to some of the millions of customer that contact Next from the UK and overseas. 

Responsibilities: 

- Give exceptional customer service by truly listening to the customer and resolving their queries 
- Treat every customer like it`s your first and only customer that day 
- Navigate through various computer systems to resolve customer queries, liaise with other teams 
- Work to set Key Performance Indicators and Standard Level Agreements 
- To engage with customers and colleagues, creating a people focused work culture 

About you: 

- Experience of working in customer services, ideally within a call centre environment 
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills 
- PC literate and the ability to pick things up quickly 
- All offers of employment are subject to satisfactory DBS and Credit Checks 

You may have experience of the following: Customer Relations Executive, Customer Service Advisor, Contact Centre, Customer Service Agent, Call Centre, Customer Support, Customer Services Representative, Client Support etc.
