A strong communicator is required for the this Purchasing admin role where you will be dealing with UK and overseas suppliers. This is a challenging and varied role working with a small team where the key responsibilities will be

* To ensure the timely and efficient process of orders and relaying to relevant departments to ensure that delivery dates are met

* Raise sales orders, place purchase orders

* Project management

* Securing technical information from suppliers to be passed to customers

* Communicating new products and offers

* Preparing images and PR to set up new product listings

* organising, setting up and attending Trade shows

Previous experience of operating within a busy sales and purchasing environment is preferred. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, proficient with MS Office, ability to multi tasks, pro activeness and organisation are all key skills our client is looking for. Some experience of Adobe Photo shop / illustrator would be an advantage.

Due to potential travelling involved the successful candidate must have a clean and valid UK driver's licence.
