Assistant Facilities Manager ( Healthcare ) based in Warrington offering up to £30,000

Your new company

Your new company is responsible for providing management services across the UK in Healthcare, these services include Financial, Operational, Development and General Management services. They are looking to expand the estates team with an Assistant Operations Manager in the Warrington office. Since 2005, they have managed more than 40 buildings with the capital value of £460 million. Your new role
In your new role, you will be working in fast paced environment and be key support to the Operations Manager. You will deliver the day to day management of the 11 sites and be the first point of contact. You will manage operational performance, the Facilities Management supply chain, Health and Safety, lifestyle management and relationship management.

What you'll need to succeed

You will demonstrate experience of building relationships at all levels, and a track record of presenting to large groups. You will need to be competence in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint whilst also having excellent English language skills. You will have experience of working in Healthcare facilities, and will have to be responsiveness as you will be first point of contact for 11 sites. You will also need to be people focused and enjoy engaging others to develop working relationships.

What you'll get in return

You will get up to £30,000 plus benefits These benefits include 25 days holidays plus bank holidays, an Employer Pension up to 9%, Life Assurance scheme, 37.5 hours per week, bonus scheme, flexible working and 40p per mile.
