As a Registered Manager/ Area Regional Support Manager you will work alongside our senior management team and be responsible for managing several teams of Service Managers and Support Workers.

You must have the relevant qualifications required in an Adult Health & Social Care setting, up to and including Level 5 Diploma, Leadership & Management or a min of LeveL 4 working towards this accreditation and have a Registered Manager’s award.

The ideal Registered Manager / Area/ Regional Support Manager candidate will need to have experience specifically in managing and developing high quality residential, supported living services and would need to have a track record of strong operational management as well as business development. Experience of learning disabilities is also essential.
You will promote person centred care and be able to mentor and manage a number of Service Managers.
You will have outstanding communication and problem solving skills, be a determined, focused and motivated individual with the ability to multi task and work well under pressure and have the drive to lead the business, playing a major part in its growth plans.
Regular travel across South Manchester will be required so applicants will need to flexible with the demands of the services and must hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
