The Role

As the Fees Advisor, you work closely with internal college department, external organisations, directors and Learning Manager of Curriculum and students to enable the college to maximise the collection of fee income, while minimising any impact on student retention levels. You will also be working closely with the Enrolment and Finance departments to ensure that debt collection is maximised at the point of enrolment and is embedded in every subsequent contact with students.
