I am looking for a Polish speaking Paralegal to join a legal firm in Birkenhead in their RTA team!

You will be working for a national law firm that specialises in PI, Clinical Negligence and RTA claims. They are currently expanding their Professional Negligence and Industrial Disease departments due to their excellent reputation and proven track record of success.
This company is going from strength to strength and is now recommended by the Legal 500 within Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence.

Your main focus in this position will be to assist in the running of a busy caseload of RTA claims, progressing these in a sensitive and efficient manner.

We are looking for someone with experience in the below:

-> Accurately translating legal correspondence between Polish and English and vice versa
-> Extensive experience working on paperless files (Proclaim would be ideal)
-> Experience of working on fast track and multi-track files within PI litigation
-> Drafting witness statements and other legal duties associated with litigated files
-> Reviewing relevant records and reports
-> Taking cases through to trial

This role will be ideal for someone with the above who is looking to progress within the legal sector. You may already have your LPC or be working towards that or your CILEx.

This company will provide learning and development for the successful candidate, along with an excellent salary, 23.5 days holiday and bank holidays, childcare vouchers, a Cycle to Work Scheme, contributory pension and flexi-time once passing probation.
