The Company: Established over 80 years ago, our client is the market leader in their field. Specialising in the rental of vehicles, furniture and containers and working across over 200 sites in Europe, they have business clients in diversified sectors. They are now looking to expand their sales team, offering a fantastic uncapped commission scheme and opportunities to progress into management and key accounts!

The Role: The Business Development Manager will be primarily responsible for winning new business through networking, incoming leads, attending trade shows and social media. New accounts will be retained and managed, along with some other established clients. You will be selling to various industries including; pharma, local authorities, butchers, bakers and dairy, typically dealing with fleet managers, finance and management.

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

* Must have strong field sales experience
* Business to business sales background
* Full driving licence

Benefits:

* Up to £30,000 basic salary
* Uncapped OTE; realistic £30-35K first year
