· Operating a mobile team of mobile engineers across the UK

CANDIDATE INFORMATION -Service Manager/Co-Ordinator

· You must have good customer services skills, be well presented and articulate

· You will need to be self-motivated, diligent and hardworking with a desire to build the business and team around you.

· You will oversee the air conditioning maintenance team so good leadership skills are essential

· Good IT skills would be essential

· Experience of scheduling and planning HVAC/air conditioning maintenance contracts previously would be essential

· You must be trustworthy, ambitious and looking for a long term career with prospects

JOB INFORMATION - Service Manager/Co-Ordinator

* You will be responsible for the Southeast region, scheduling the air conditioning engineer's workloads, reviewing time sheets and dealing with any absence issues

· To liaise with clients, ensuring the resolution of any queries or issues relating to air conditioning systems

· Work closely with the air-conditioning engineers ensuring they are fully supported in their role, ordering supplies and assist the Operations Manager in the delivery of the air conditioning contracts

· To ensure all sub-contractors employed meet the required technical and health and safety standards of the company and the client.

· To assume responsibility for the control and liaison of air conditioning subcontractors and own labour.

· To continually monitor own and sub-contractor performance to ensure compliance with client Key Performance Indicators

· To identify efficiencies and cost savings within all contracts, for the benefit of the company and the client

· To ensure that all jobs are completed on a timely basis and to the expected standard

· On completion of jobs, to ensure that all invoices are raised in a timely manner

· To maintain contract records in accordance with internal procedures and customer requirements

· Attend courses and other training events in compliance with statutory requirements.

· To attend courses and training events to promote changes to general and technical work practices.

· To undertake other duties and special projects as required
