We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Call Centre Operative / Fleet Service Advisor to work in the Cambridge area.

The successful Call Centre Operative / Fleet Service Advisor will ideally have experience within the Automotive industry and have experience with kerridge or within a service advisory role.

You will be required to work a 4 days on / 4 days off shift on one of 3 different shift patterns. (6am - 6pm / 8am - 8pm / 12pm - 12am)

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Answering inbound calls into the Customer Service Centre
- You will be dealing with incoming calls regarding breakdowns, noting defects and allocating to a 3rd party supplier to be fixed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service across the board and work to KPI`s and targets to ensure the highest possible level of customer service
- Support the management team with any requirement of the Service Centre
- Update notes on system to reflect status of jobs and log any calls received to and from customers.
- Keep customer informed at all time of status of repair of vehicle and adhere to any queries from the customer in a timely manner
