Deputy manager job for an adult social care provider in Gloucester. Residential home for adults with LD.

Your new company
A fantastic provider of care for adults with Learning difficulties and complex need, a residential home based in Gloucester with 12 beds. A truly forward thinking provider who pride themselves on delivering a person centred approach to their care.

Your new role
Your new role is to work as a Deputy manager within the home, it will be your responsibility to help support the Registered manager in the running of the home. You will play a pivotal role in the ensuring the setting is safe and effective at all times, help manage the team of support workers, care plans, referrals and rota coordination.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have worked in a similar setting previously ideally at a Senior Support worker or above and have a good understanding of Learning difficulties. Ideally hold an NVQ level 3 or higher and have a full driving licence.

What you'll get in return
