SRS Care Solutions have a great opportunity for an individual to progress within their career in care. There are Full time & Part time positions within the Carluke & Lanark area.

We are looking for Supervisor to help us maintain and provide support to our clients while also managing what will be their own staff team.

If successful you will be supporting our clients on shift providing support and also have appropriate time within the office to complete rota's and any relevant paperwork. You will also work on a rota system with other supervisors and take the on-call service. You will participate in client meetings and reviews either with the Manager or key workers and any relevant professional bodies. You will work alongside our clients and staff to create personalised care plans and risk assessments.

1. Experience of service provision in the care profession.
2. Driving Licences and car.
3. Minimum SVQ 3 in Social Care or willingness to complete required
qualifications to ensure registration to SSSC requirements.
4. Flexible working

Key competencies:
1. To be able to implement and maintain recording and reporting systems.
2. To be able to maintain and implement all company policies procedures
and systems.
3. Effectively organise and prioritise own workload.
4. Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
5. Prepare reports as requested.
