Account Executive - £20-£24k basic with a 50% commission of Threshold

Our client is a large leader in their field offering solutions to customers is now looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join a successful consultative sales team providing business tools, solutions and advice to existing customers.

The role requires an understanding of the customers' business in order to provide the correct solutions; safe in the knowledge that the tools provided are proven to generate significant outcomes and value of the Practices.

Key Responsibilities
*Bringing to market new solutions which if implemented will change the customers' business.
*Use effective questions to uncover needs and articulate a solution offering insight and value;
to overcome objections.
*Both calling existing customers to book consultations and reacting to incoming leads
*Attend 3 trade shows per year
*Overachieve challenging targets and be compensated accordingly; including revenue, weighted
average and core KPI's

Key skills for the role

A proven history of hitting targets in a consultative sales environment
A driven self starter
2+ years in B2B sales or telesales capacity
Strong understanding of sales principles
A proven consultative sales approach
Demonstrates the ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales
Solid experience in pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
Success in qualifying opportunities involving key decision makers.
Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills with excellent listening skills.
Strong written communication skills with Self-motivation and high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
Ability to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits
