Residential Support Workers required to work on a temporary basis and ongoing agency basis!

We require Residential Support Workers for a number of opportunities to work within various residential settings supporting young people aged 11-19 years who may have learning disabilities or who may be on the autistic spectrum and/or complex needs and behaviour that might challenge.

As a residential Support Worker you role will be key to supporting the young people within a team of staff, providing one to one support with developing independence; social skills; education, activities, personal care and ensuring their well being and safety.

We have various opportunities and hours available including ongoing requirements, and offer excellent rates of pay, training and ongoing incentives!

You must have a minimum of one years experience within the social care sector or six months with a relevant social care qualification. You will also ideally have relevant restraint training such as CPI/breakaway/Team Teach. Suitable candidates will be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts which could include early/late or weekend shifts. Enhanced DBS registered on the update service is advantageous!
