Located in the bustling city of Norwich this stunning venue with luxury bedrooms are currently looking for an experienced Wedding & Events Co-ordinator to manage the original enquiry to execution!

You must have at least 3 years previous experience within a high quality wedding venue and be an excellent communicator with high standards of detail and personal presentation.

The Role;

 Working for this renown venue you will good industry knowledge, you will be a real ‘people person’ and will be articulate when it comes to finer detail.

 Working 5 / 7 days per week you will have a real passion for weddings and events and will be prepared to sometimes work into the evenings to ensure that the clients are delivered the events exactly how they booked and imagined.

 As Wedding & events co-ordinator / manager you will be able to communicate in both a verbal and written way – you will need to be able to liaise with all departments including the Front of House and back of house teams, maintenance, security etc to ensure they are aware of the agenda for the day and the guests / clients requests.

 This role .is about organisation and dedication you will not be a clock watcher we need an individual who is happy to oversee and manage from the initial show rounds of the venue to ensuring the guests / clients are happy on the day.

 You will need to be an ambassador for the company responding to enquiries within a set time, upsell the facilities and the food, promoting the calendar events such as Christmas Parties etc..

 Increase sales & revenue and ork to sales targets and develop new marketing strategies with the General Manager
