Who You'll be working for:
This role is for a FTSE100 business to support a centralised group based in West London. The function is organized into category buying teams and a Procurement Support team. In addition the function is also responsible for maintaining and supporting an indirect Purchase Order system (P2P) called Coupa.

The primary role of the Procurement Excellence Team Co-Ordinator is to lead team of 5 (3 indirect and 2 direct support) which undertakes a number of key administrative activities related to P2P processes.

What You'll be doing each day:
• Manage the team to ensure all service activities are completed in full and to the required standard.
• Measuring and monitoring KPIs via using dashboards
o Key service activities are:-
- Coupa help desk enquiries are resolved in a timely way.
- SAP/Coupa idoc's are resolved in a timely way
- Production contracts are created and changed in an accurate and timely way
- Production contracts are approved in a timely way that does not delay factories placing orders.
o Set and review objectives for all 5 team members
o Support development plans for all direct reports
o Complete SOX testing to ensure that all allocated PTP controls are passed.
o Monitor the financial health of key suppliers in the NFE supply chain and altert leadership to significant changes in the risk profile of those suppliers.
o Ensure that team complete all ongoing administrative task related to maintaining Coupa.
o Work with Procurement leadership and IT function to ensure that the approval workflows in SAP are updated to reflect latest organisation structure.
o Able to cover for PST (Direct) duties during periods of holiday / absence
o Induct new buyers on using key procurement tools such as Winshuttle Contract Created tool, Scanmarket (e-auction tool), Dun & Bradstreet, Mintec & Kairos
o Ensure that all administrative tasks related to maintaining key procurement tools and systems are completed in a timely way and to the required standard.
o Identify and implement better ways of working that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Procurement Support team.
o Support the implementation of Coupa into France, Spain, Norway and Sweden.

The skills You need to succeed:
• Previous Customer Care or Call Centre experience, IT Support Desk experience is a must
• Previous people management experience as a manager, supervisor or a team leader is a must
• Ability to measure & monitor KPIS via using Dashboards
• Quick learner and interest in learning new IT systems/ technology, or previous IT industry background
• Some understanding about procurement function and P2P systems is ideal
• Experience of using SAP to either raise PO's, create contracts, extract contract & PO data is preferred
• Reporting on extracted data and analytical skills required
• Excellent MS Office skills (Advanced Excel /Word/PowerPoint)
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and re-prioritise as required.
• Able to develop relationships with team and key stakeholders
• Attention to detail and able to work in an accurate and efficient way.
• Uses own experience and intuition as well as facts to deliver solutions
• Challenges the status quo to streamline ways of working and drive best practice.
• Results focused and remains focussed on delivery during difficult times, deals with ambiguity
• Degree in Business or IT is desirable but not a must have
• Additional language skills from either German, Italian, French or Spanish is desirable
Language skills (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, Arabic, etc.) may be a bonus.
