I am working on behalf of a reputable domiciliary care service provider that due to expansion requires an experienced care coordinator for their Northamptonshire branch.

The Company:
Independent home care provider offering home care services including live-in care.
The agency's home care assistants deliver care and support to individuals who wish to remain in their own homes. The service is aimed at younger adults and older persons with a wide range of disabilities. For companionship or personal care in a person's own home at different times throughout the day, Live-in care may be the solution.
Their aim is to improve an individual`s quality of life, enabling them to live a life that is as fulfilling and functional as possible according to their own values and aspirations, whilst ensuring their health and wellbeing. With an honest, reliable and trustworthy approach they support clients living in the community, as well as clients and teams in secure services, providing both temporary and permanent staffing solutions.

The Branch/The role:
This particular branch is a well-established one. They are friendly, passionate and are continually growing and expanding and are dedicated to providing high quality care to a wide range of clients. As a care coordinator, you will be coordinating 25 carers delivering around 1000 hours per week. Maintaining the highest quality of care is paramount and providing a excellent service whilst hitting targets is paramount to the care coordinator role. Overseeing the expansion of key services is a major part of the role and being able to implement plans and processes to do so is something a care coordinator must be able to demonstrate amongst other duties.
The role is a full-time role, 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday with on call duties.

The Person:
You will be a strong and experienced care coordinator with, ideally, a proven successful track record within the care sector. You will be a resilient individual who can multi task, have excellent problem-solving abilities and to be able to lead with a positive and forward-thinking attitude. Ideally you will have faced lots of difficult situations in the care industry and proven to have come through these situations with positive outcomes, all whilst maintaining a empathetic approach to all individuals.

In return, you will work for a company which values its employees, offers an excellent salary with good salary improvement schemes, future progression opportunities, superb support and training and provides a forward-thinking approach to domiciliary care.

The Salary:
£18,000 - £22,000
