This is an exciting opportunity to join my client's new service of mental health homes, providing expert, high quality care to children and young people experiencing mental health difficulties. The staff teams for these homes will possess excellent working knowledge and skills in managing children and young people who may have had a long history of complex mental health disorders and at times are presenting in acute distress, whilst providing care that focuses on a model of recovery and therapeutic attachment. In recognition of the challenging behaviours and at times high expressed emotional distress and risky behaviours that these young people may present with, you will be provided with an excellent salary and support package. The Service is led by the Director of Mental Health who is highly experienced in CAMHS and a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
