Sales Office Administrator - Printing Equipment Manufacturer

Mon-Fri, 37.5hrs a week

Salary: £18k-£22k dependent on experience

Our Client are a large Printing Equipment Manufacturer who deal with a worldwide network of Distributors. They are a professional and internationally focused organization and have a new vacancy within their Customer Services department due to career progression. There will be an opportunity for this person to grow into a long term and valued member of a small team dealing with all aspects of Company Sales Administration, Logistics and Accounts.

The role:

* Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Supporting all Sales 7 Administrative functions including filing, telephone answering etc.
* Use of computer systems including MS Office, CRM (Act) & Sage 50 and Adobe Acrobat etc
* Use of Sage 50 for order input and invoicing is a key requirement
* Supporting external sales effort, quotations, invoicing etc.
* Shipping (export) and transport (knowledge of export documentation will be great advantage)
* Working with other business functions as required.The ideal Candidate will have a keen attention to detail and the ability to absorb and retain information, as well as being articulate, able to think commercially and prioritise their work load.The candidate will also need the following basic skills:

* Excellent communication skills

* Spoken
* Written
* Telephone

* Ability to learn new skills
* Ability and willingness to use their own initiative
* Interested in long term career development
* Good organization and planning skills
* High level of ability to work on own initiative
* Good team working
* Confident and able to articulate opinion
* High school qualification in English, Mathematics and computing

An interest in manufacturing and export would be an advantage
