JOB TITLE: Area Sales Manager, Catering Equipment £35-£37k + OTE + Car + Benefits

LOCATION: Bristol, Swindon, Gloucester, Bath, Taunton, Trowbridge, Chippenham, Weston-Super-Mare, Cirencester

A world renowned leader in the manufacture and sales of commercial catering equipment, providing end to end solutions for the foodservice industry via a distributor network of valued dealerships.

THE ROLE:

• To exceed and manage the expectations of all of your associated clients
• To learn and develop an in-depth knowledge of your product portfolio keeping abreast of the competitive products within the marketplace
• To develop your product portfolio via a dealer network
• The ability to prepare, and present kitchen designs and carry out site surveys with an understanding of the larger project
• To prepare and present quotations of varying order sizes and requirements whilst focusing on the product recommendations, cost savings, environmental benefits and profits
• To support and develop strong relationships with your core dealer network and to seek out new opportunities with other dealers in your associated area

THE PERSON:

• A Catering Equipment Area Sales specialist with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally from a cooking solutions background
• Ability to carry out quotations, site surveys, draw/design kitchen schemes and present to your dealer network
• Experience of selling commercial catering equipment into the Foodservice Industry via a distributor network is highly desirable
• Organised with particular attention to detail, able to work to tight schedules and deadlines
• A strong relationship builder with particular focus on account management
• The ability to determine new business opportunities to grow your network
• Target driven, motivated and dedicated as there will be some overnight travel involved
