My client is a well-established and market leading Creative and Production Company specialising in Graphic Displays and Structures from Exhibitions to 3D Designs and Large Format Displays.

They are actively seeking a Head of Sales to join their successful team!

As the Head of Sales of a flourishing and continually successful company, your core responsibilities will be;
o To play a pivotal role in Leading New Business Development, through forging relationships across varying levels
o Maintain and grow relationships with existing Clients and Major Key Accounts
o Be seen as a trusted member of the Senior Management Team and contribute to the overall direction of the Business moving forward
o Help to put in place Business Strategies
o Manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives and Account Managers to ensure consistent performance against targets
o Report directly into the MD
o Sell the full portfolio of products and services and be able to advise Clients on the best technical method
o Deliver profitable sales from existing Accounts and New Clients

The Head of Sales will have the following experience;
o Previous success of managing Major Key Accounts and able to establish relationships with Clients
o Understanding of the Company's full range of Products and Services
o Experience of managing and motivating Sales teams with evidence of driving forward performances
o Strong communicator with ability to confidently liaise with peers and management at all levels
