An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client based on the outskirts of Chelmsford who is looking for a Travel & Tourism graduate to join their Sales and Marketing team as a Sales Administrator. You will need to be passionate about working in the travel industry, have a relevant qualification and be a car owner / driver due to the remote location of this role. You will need to be articulate, professional and confident with a good work ethic and knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Duties for the Sales Administrator (Travel & Tourism Graduate) role:-
Primary responsibilities includes creating and checking contracts from our bespoke on line reservations system, handling queries from trade and consumers, occasional attendance at external events and various office duties. The ideal candidate will have studied travel and tourism and be interested in starting a career in the travel industry.

Requirements for the Sales Administrator (Travel & Tourism Graduate) role:-
The candidate must be a car owner / driver due to the location
Literate in email / Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
Punctual, articulate and accurate
Enthusiasm & flexibility are essential

9am - 5.30pm
