World Class Company, very Famous looking for Desktop Support Service Desk / Deskside Analyst!

2nd Line Support, Desktop Engineer, MCP Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, ITIL, Remote and Deskside Support, SCCM, Windows, Network Admin, TCPIP. CCNA Networking, Windows 8, Blackberry, IP Telephony Troubleshooting Avaya Mitel CISCO. Systems Admin. Extensive IT Service Desk experience.

We are urgently looking for a hardworking career orientated Desktop Support / Service Desk Analyst to perform 2nd line desktop support via remote and deskside. Must be MCP and above Workstation and able to work Server.

Proven track record in Desktop / Deskside and Remote 2000 + user, multisite environment, able to take responsibility and ownership projects and tasks delegated. Also the ability to carefully follow policy and procedure to methodically handles and resolve issues. And very comfortable working with all levels of people within an extremely high calibre business enterprise. The role covers all aspects of the Break Fix function and scope, as well as being involved with a variety of Request Management functions. This role will involve being able to meet strict SLA's so being able to deliver solutions and liaise with senior management is essential

This company is incredible, the offices and surrounding grounds are bleeding edge.This role although Friday to Tuesday will be your route into more technical and Infrastructure type Monday to Friday opportunities that normally you would not have access to.

Friday to Tuesday 30K 9am to 5.30pm
