A unique and highly successful business with a loyal client base are seeking a professional and customer-focused individual with excellent attention to detail, to join them in the job of Accounts Assistant at their office located in the Newmarket area.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Finance you will play a pivotal member of the finance team with key duties focusing around the purchase ledger, including posting and filing invoices; updating supplier information; multi currency bank reconciliations; statement reconciliations; resolving supplier queries; and adhoc finance administration.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a successful track record in accounts administration alongside a confident level of IT skills. Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy are essential, combined with a professional and confident telephone manner.
