Job Title: IT Support (Education Sector)

Location: Manchester Based - Must be flexible with travel if required

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000

Duties (not limited to):

- Provide IT / Helpdesk support to users via the e-Track help desk across the business, including managing user accounts for online systems, installing and configuring new equipment and conducting repairs on IT Systems in a timely manner.
- Support the business teams with the development and implementation of learning solutions including MAYTAS / e-Track and virtual learning courses.
- Provide training and support across the business with changes to online systems and applications for new implemented systems or updated existing systems for both learning platforms and administrative applications.
- Conduct planned maintenance and updates across the business systems.
- Produce and maintain regular reports on IT systems / Asset Management.

Essential Criteria:

- Excellent understanding of educational software / systems - MAYTAS and e-Track.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years solid experience of working within an IT Support role.
- Experience of working with Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP (or above)
- Excellent communication Skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to plan your time effectively.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle.
- (if required) Due to the nature of the role you must flexible with working outside of the normal 9-5 working hours.
