An Office Administrator opportunity has become available to join a friendly and growing company based in the City area. The company has a loyal nationwide distribution network and is still continuing to grow both its client base and as a company, with a strong ethos of providing excellent customer service and quality of product at all times. The company has moulded strong working relationships with prominent architects and designers, consequently now is a very exciting time to be joining the company.

In the role you will be responsible for but not limited to:
-Processing and placing orders and drafting quotes
-Answering calls and preparing for client visits
-Liaising with the sales team and the warehouse
-Assisting the wider team: help with arranging samples, organise events to showcase the company, assist the marketing manager with sales tool editing, minute meetings
-Meeting and greeting clients at the showroom and ensure the showroom is well maintained at all times

The successful candidate will ideally have:
-A strong knowledge of the Microsoft packages: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
-Excellent communication skills
-Good attention to detail
-A strong work ethic and be hard working, pro-active, forward thinking and diligent
-The ability to multi-task and pre-empt the needs of those around them
-A strong interest in the design industry
