Our client is a growing business that is looking to take on a Technical Support Specialist for their engineering department.

Are you looking to expand your customer service skills in a different industry, or already have knowledge of automotive or electronics and are looking to focus on support roles? This is the role for you!

We are looking for someone who is able to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.

The duties for this role will be:
- Providing first line support.
- Managing all inbound calls and emails for technical support and advice.
- Pre-sales technical support.
- Trouble shooting customer technical issues.
- Maintain and develop the FAQ database.
- Develop the departments technical support capabilities and systems.
- Support on training programs for internal and external customers.
- Administration of cloud based mobile digital recorder data services.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Technical customer support experience.
- Good knowledge of DC circuit knowledge.
- Excellent Computer competency.
- Able to demonstrate strong coordination skills.

Desirable but not essential:
- Experience in automotive/electrical/electronic customer service or NVQ Level 3.
- Experience in mobile data management.
- Experience in IT infrastructure and networking.
