Person Specification
For this post you should be a personable graduate who has a second class degree at the very least and experience working in a school. We want to see graduates with the drive to demonstrate an honest passion for the institution and express their desire to become a teacher. You will provide an understanding of the importance of your job, and the influence you have over your pupils and their futures. You must possess a firm grasp on challenging situations and a desire to build successful working relationships at all times.

About the Role
Part of your role will include looking to lead lessons before the end of your tenure, using all the knowledge and skills learnt over your time at the school. You will be given the responsibility to effectively lead small intervention sessions for pupils who struggle with certain elements of the curriculum. This is a role that would suit a teacher who has an innovative approach and the ability to engage their students in even the most complexed of subject matter.
