Membership Services Manager - Exclusive Health Club - Soho
Our client runs some of Europes finest and most exclusive health clubs based in Central London. They currently are looking to recruit for the key position of a Membership Retention Manager to join their site based in the heart of Central London.
The ideal candidate will live and breathe by delivering a premium 5 star customer service and able to ooze passion and enthusiasm about health and fitness.
As a Membership Manager you will be responsible for managing member retention, both pro-actively and re-actively; ensuring club member retention targets and renewal targets are communicated, understood and met. This will require you to analyse a collection of rejected monthly subscriptions, monthly membership cancellations and annual renewals - both individual and corporate.
The Membership Manager will also need to take ownership of a high volume of corporate memberships, including tasks such as liaising with corporate contacts regarding membership renewals and transfers, to issuing corporate invoices and subsequent credit control.
With a great deal of liaising with clients and corporate accounts, we need a proficient communicator, with both strong written and verbal skills who is able to carry-out their tasks to the highest possible standard and ensure that all procedures appear seamless for the customers. The ideal candidate will also be able to manage difficult conversations and take care of any negative feedback by proactively addressing this with the customer to ensure a positive outcome is reached.
