Business Development Manager
Our client, a top tier US & international law firm with offices in the City, are looking to recruit a capable Business Development Manager on a 12 month fixed-term contract basis. This represents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced business development professional to manage the implementation of marketing and business development activities across the Corporate and Finance departments for the London office as well as the Middle East. The role offers full autonomy within a dynamic and international environment with significant Partner liaison.
The successful candidates’ daily responsibilities will be inclusive of: planning, pitch management, drafting and co-ordination of legal directory submissions, client relationship management, thought leadership and campaigns, conference and sponsorship management, research and any other ad hoc BD projects as required.
This role is a full time(9.30am - 6pm), 12 month fixed-term contract position (to cover maternity), with a highly competitive salary of £55-75,000 per annum, dependent upon experience. Ideal candidates will have the ability to influence and drive the business development activities of a number of partner stakeholders, as well as coordinate their activities for the benefit of the firm. To be considered for this position, you must be familiar with planning, organising and preparing pitches, legal directories and other marketing materials and be highly IT proficient. The successful applicant will also have prior experience of working within a City or US law firm and possessing tertiary qualifications in marketing (CIM) would also be highly desirable.
