We're looking for a Sales Support Assistant to support the Sales Assistant and the Marketing team in the sale and rental of properties within our retirement villages for older people in Bristol, Keynsham and Sandford, North Somerset. This is a Bank contract.
The successful applicant will help prospective residents and their families, in making decisions that fully accommodate their needs, independence and quality of life. The Sales Support Assistant will give tours to prospective residents and complete the administrative tasks associated with the sales process. The ideal candidate will enjoy sharing their knowledge about the Trust's services and facilities and bringing opportunities to life through show-homes, tours and one-to-one conversations.
What we are looking for:
The Sales Support Assistant will be a strong communicator, both verbal and written, with the skills to ask the right questions to identify people's individual needs and interests. They will possess a respectful, patient and positive manner in greeting customers and making them feel welcome.
With experience in customer services, sales or marketing, the Sales Support Assistant will also be expected to be flexible by assisting the Sales team with other duties including providing reception cover when needed. Administration duties will include working with Microsoft packages including Outlook, Excel, Word and Access and undertaking reception duties during busy times. The role requires travel between our sites in Bristol, Keynsham and North Somerset. There will be use of a company vehicle however applicants must have a full, clean and valid driving licence. The role requires the successful applicant to be able to work on Fridays and the occasional weekend at The Chocolate Quarter show home in Keynsham. Hours will vary according to workload of the team and flexibility on working days is required
