Our client is a a new, independent Media Agency start-up based in Soho. They like to think of themselves as a challenger brand - a disruption to the market of Media Agency giants. A David to their Goliath! They have a unique approach in how they plan and buy media across all screen touchpoints.

TheRole

The Digital Campaign Manager ensures that projects are on the right priorities and working as effectively as possible to understand and meet user needs. You will lead delivery of digital content and products, develop and implement best practice systems and processes, maintain and develop expertise and insight and contribute to team development.

You will…

  • Provide planning, research and management support across all projects
  • Develop strategy into workable agile projects and manage to deliver best in class campaigns
  • Working with discipline leads, review and determine team priorities
  • Work with key 3rd party Ad Tech platforms and partners to deliver against campaign objectives
  • Manage end-to-end digital projects
  • Ensure quality and delivery of campaigns - identify issues and risks to senior team
  • Lead post campaign analysis of projects and prepare learning reports for client
  • Keep up to date with developments in digital/traditional media project delivery and agile development methodology to reflect best practices and keep focused on users / campaign objectives
  • Display sufficient technical competency to swiftly remove impediments and communicate between teams
  • Working knowledge of digital specialisms, e.g. PPC, SEO, Video, Affiliates, Programmatic, Social, Mobile

Qualifications

  • Experience using digital media trafficking tools e.g. DoubleClick
  • Demonstrable experience of managing the delivery and strategic development of large multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience of working with external delivery teams and management of external agencies
  • Understanding of digital media ecosystem and experience of programmatic / ad tech platforms [WAYVE / Smartology / BitPoster / DoubleClick / Scoota / iOTEC etc.]
  • Analytically minded, with proven history of analysing highly trafficked, multi-channel/product campaigns through to ROI
  • Experience of optimisation and use of data driven insight to deliver strategic improvements
  • Stakeholder management
  • A great communicator who can build strong relationships with stakeholders globally, think strategically, and positively influence business direction
