Due to expansion, we are currently looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client a well established manufacturing company based in Swansea.

The main duties of the role will be -

* To issue sales invoices

* Deal with outstanding unpaid invoices and generate statements

* Reconciliation and maintenance of customer balances along with the management of aged debtor listing

* Controlling of credit limits and insured values

* Processing invoices and amounts along with checking invoices on a daily basis.

* Emailing and spooling invoices to customers along with filing Matching returns notes and printing invoices

* Inputting credit notes onto the customer's accounts and then splitting and filing away.

* Manual invoices to be given numbers and put onto system and filed away

* Query list to be typed up once a week and print out paperwork from system

* General office administration duties to include emailing and contacting customers if required

System knowledge of Pegasus Opera would be an advantage along with a keen can do attitude to join this established successful team
