We are working with the largest British company of it's kind. With over 17,000 colleagues across more than 200 sites, this dominant company now seek an experienced Management Accountant/ Finance Team Leader.

This is a challenging role in a highly pressurised environment looking for someone with the drive and ambition to succeed.

The Role

-Day to day financial control for the site
-Ensuring weekly and monthly reporting is on time and is accurate
-Managing a small team
-Working alongside non-financial managers to develop strong commercial awareness
-Ensuring all sales and purchase ledger routines are completed in a timely and accurate manner
-Supporting the Finance Manager in the production of budgets / forecasts
-Collation of KPI's
-Balance Sheet Reconciliations
-Collation of payroll information
-Ad-hoc reporting as required

-Drive to achieve
-Ability to build relationships with other departments
-Working towards a recognised accounting qualification
-Ability to work to tight deadlines
-Possessing strong spreadsheets skills
-Thorough, robust ledger knowledge
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
