A global healthcare business based in South Liverpool requires an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join them on a temporary basis. The position is long-term for approximately 8 months, starting ASAP.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Allocate customer payments/receipts to the sales ledger
* Reconcile customer and supplier statements
* Set, monitor and review customer credit limits
* Produce and send customer invoices manually
* Monitor debt position proactively to ensure timely recovery of payment
* Liaise with customer and internal teams to recover debts
* Produce cashflow forecasts for finance team
* Resolve queries

Skills & Experience Required:

* Up to date and relevant experience working in an Accounts Receivable role
* Experience of ERP systems such as Oracle, Navision, SAP etc.
* Exposure of working with high volumes of customers across different countries
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment
