Job: B2B Sales Executive Job salary: £16,800 - £19,800 + Excellent commission structure

The Job role

* Achievement of set sales and revenue targets, in a business to business environment, delivered through effective open questioning, matching needs, discussing relevant features and benefits, objection handling and actively closing the sale. This must be achieved by promoting the value of our products and not exceeding set discount/save a sale thresholds
* Gain access to key decision makers, through building report and representing the brand
* Effectively engage with customers who are thinking of leaving us, establishing their needs and reasons for leaving, positively promoting our differences versus competitors and where appropriate discuss suitable alternatives.
* Achievement of set additional products, up-sell, cross sell and lead generation targets, delivered through open and exploratory questioning, establishing needs and converting them into sales/ leads.
* Responsible for lead generation within the mid market sector, passing qualified leads to other departments
* Excellent brand and company product knowledge and awareness of our competitor offers, objection handle and provide accurate facts to secure sales. Maintain this through keeping updated daily on briefs/training aids and taking ownership for completing your own research on products/competitors
* Effective and efficient uses of all business systems to ensure that sales are completed right first time and within set handle time parameters (AHT). Taking ownership to contact the customer/update the systems to ensure that that any mistakes has been put right
* Achievement of expected data capture,, such as email, telephone numbers, opting in, DOB, preferred collection date - deliver this through explaining the benefits to the customer in a way that reassures and promotes the Brand
* Achievement of all objectives set in coaching, quarterly reviews or feedback sessions to improve performance, knowledge and skills
* Effective handling of all customer requests, where you have the system and knowledge capability take ownership of resolution without the need to pass the enquiry on to other teams

* Previous experience in a sales focused role

* Experience of working to weekly and monthly targets

* PC literate, good numerical and literacy skills
