Sales Executive

Basic Salary - £25,083 + Targeted commission Scheme and other fantastic incentives, Car allowance/Company Car, Mobile phone and IPad/Laptop included.

Job Purpose

To acquire, develop and upsell voluntary and company funded schemes through delivery of on-site promotions and company presentations

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Ensure thorough knowledge and understanding of all company products
  • Generate leads and new business through cold calling
  • Contact, liaise and arrange on-site promotions with key personnel
  • Deliver on site sales promotions to encourage new members and existing member upgrades
  • Provide merchandising and field based activities to promote upgrades and company funded business
  • Generate leads from existing accounts for potential company funded business
  • Attend staff exhibitions, trade stands and networking events to promote company products
  • Ensure information is accurately entered into the CRM system and that weekly Sales Return reports are completed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Communicate local market intelligence to Marketing Department and your Manager
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and act as an ambassador for the company’s values and the company’s good health image
  • Meet sales targets and KPI criteria
  • Attend regular one-to-one meetings with your Manager and ensure that he is kept aware of new developments and any potential issues
