Employee Benefits Administrator
MB Fitzgerald are working with a prolific financial planning business to recruit for a Employee Benefits Administrator. My since inception in 2008, they have successfully grown consistently, to they have expanded into the corporate advice remit. Within the last 6 months they have experienced influx of clients ranging from Large Corporates to SME’s; as a result they’re looking to expand the team and bring in an individual to administer the schemes and one day move into handling a portfolio of their own clients.
You will be responsible for providing a friendly and professional administration service to a range of clients concerning the Group Risk, Healthcare and Pensions arrangements for their staff.
To be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have experience of working in a similar position covering Group Risk and/or Healthcare schemes; either from an EBC, IFA or Insurer, where you will be able to demonstrate strong product knowledge concerning Income Protection, Critical Illness, Life Assurance and Private Medical Insurance policies.
