Service Desk Analyst/1st&2nd line/IT Support - Windows 7/MS Office 2010/AD/Filesite

We have an excellent opportunity to work for a global law firm (Circa 1000 users) on the Service Desk to act as the first point of contact and offering technical troubleshooting support. This will involve providing a mixture of 1st/2nd line support to the firms users that will include senior management.

*Previous Professional Services experience essential*

You will be:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all business IT incidents
  • Answering all calls in a professional and helpful manner, providing world class customer service, with the objective of completely understanding the caller's problem or requirement
  • Maintenance of the firms hardware - mobile device, laptops, PC's
  • User account management
  • Building and installing PC's and Laptops
  • Service desk checks
  • Assist with project work and implementation
  • Investigating and resolving incidents to the best ability and escalating when required

Essential technical skills:

  • Good written and spoken English
  • Active Directory
  • Windows 7
  • Microsoft office 2010
  • Filesite (highly desirable)
  • ITIL qualification - Foundation

This is a technical helpdesk position providing remote and deskside technical support to 1000 users across Europe. Candidates will need to work alone and resolve complex troubleshooting issues

Client: The role will be based at the London office of one of our Global Law Firm clients.
