Project Manager - South London - Hotels Experience

An award-winning international project and cost management consultancy, specialising in construction and infrastructure are seeking a Project Manager for an upcoming Hotels project.

The Role

The role is predominantly based in South London but would also include travel in the South of England.

The Project Manager role involves managing the successful implementation and delivery of projects to ensure that they are on time, to high quality and within the specified budget. You will be responsible for the management and preparation of key stage reports from feasibility through to completion and post-handover

The Project Manager

As a Project Manager you will ideally have 4-6 years Project Management Experience preferably with MRICS or MAPM, and hold other relevant qualifications or be in the process of doing so.


  • Demonstrable experience of Hotels
  • Client facing and driven to succeed
  • Construction related degree and Construction Consultancy experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal

PLEASE NOTE: This role will only be suitable for someone with current or extremely recent UK Construction experience working for a Consultancy and MUST have operated in a CLIENT FACING ROLE in a Project Management Capacity both pre and post contract.

Unfortunately, this particular role will NOT be suitable for an individual with a predominantly Site background or individuals from a Civils/Infrastructure/Roads background.
